About
Turning scattered venue data into a fast, confident internal product, with brand and UX designed end to end.
Bringing brand identity and interface design together for an internal hospitality data platform. I designed the visual identity and dashboard experience to make operational and sales information easier to navigate.
The challenge
Critical numbers lived in scattered spreadsheets and reports. Managers had to dig to answer simple questions: how did last night do, what's trending, where do we act? The tool had to feel instant, and trustworthy.
The approach
- 01Structured the interface around clarity and speed: modular dashboard cards that surface performance at a glance, with detail one tap away.
- 02Kept navigation deliberately minimal (Overview, Reports, AI Forecast, Tools) to reduce friction and keep focus on decisions.
- 03Designed a high-contrast dark UI with an electric-green and violet gradient system that signals precision and energy, and doubles as a clear colour language for data states.
- 04Created the NexReps mark and identity, stacked layers resolving into a forward-leaning form, so the internal tool feels like a product people are proud to open.
The outcome
A system that feels both powerful and effortless: raw data turned into something immediate, readable and actionable at a glance, with a brand that gives an internal tool real presence.
